ASH Foundation Run/Walk 5K/3K

The ASH Foundation Run/Walk will take runners and walkers along the Riverwalk and through Woldenberg Park. Participants may choose the 3K or 5K course, which starts at 7:30 a.m. This year, participants may also select the virtual experience and run a 3K or 5K on their chosen course.

Packet Pickup: Packet pickup (commemorative t-shirt, safety pins, and chip-timed bib) must be done in advance in the main concourse of Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Hall D.

• December 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central
• December 11 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central
• December 12 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central

What do I get with my entry? In-person: commemorative T-shirts, commemorative chip-timed bibs, and post-race snacks. Virtual: digital bib to share on your social media.
