Description: Swim in the Lakes Rec Center outdoor pool, bike around the neighborhood, and run on a marked course starting and ending at The Lakes Rec Center.

Course Information:

• Ages 6-8: Swim 50 meters, bike 1.5 miles, run 0.75 miles
• Ages 9-10: Swim 100 meters, bike 1.5 miles, run 0.75 miles
• Ages 11-12: Swim 100 meters, bike 3 miles, run 1.5 miles
• Ages 13-15: Swim 150 meters, bike 3 miles, run 1.5 miles

Important Safety Information: A bike helmet is required. Participants must have their own bike and basic swimming knowledge.

Pricing:

• Resident: $55.00
• Non-Resident: $60.00

Packet Pick-Up:

Friday, August 7th, 10am - 6pm at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion.

Race Day Schedule:

• Participant Check In: 6:00am - 7:00am
• Parking Lot Drop Off: 5:45am - 6:45am
• Opening Ceremonies: 7:45am
• Age Group Starts: 8:00am onwards
