Start your Mother’s Day with an energizing run and a delicious post-race bagel & schmear! Whether you're running, walking, or cheering, come celebrate the moms in your life with a fun-filled morning.

Your support will allow us to continue our contributions to local organizations and encourage fitness in our community while directly supporting Locker #505!

Registration Fees:

• 5K run/walk: $35 until April 12, 2026 at 10M
• $40 until April 20, 2026, at 10 pm
• $45 Race Registration Closes May 7th

The event is capped at 500 runners.

Packet Pick-up:

Pre-Race:

• Friday, May 8th, 2026: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Heart & Sole Sports (2817 San Mateo Blvd NE, Abq NM 87110)
• Saturday, May 9th, 2026: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Heart & Sole Sports (2817 San Mateo Blvd NE, Abq NM 87110)

Race Day: Sunday, May 10th from 6:45 am - 7:00 am at Kaufman's Coffee & Bagels.

Race Day Gun time will be promptly at 7:30 AM. Please be parked and in the starting corral by 7:20 AM.

Beneficiary:

Locker #505 Mission: Provide appropriate school clothing to K-12 Greater Albuquerque Metro students in need.

Awards:

• 1st Place M&F Overall: $100 cash award
• 2nd Place M&F Overall: $60 gift card to Heart & Sole
• 3rd Place M&F Overall: $40 gift card to Heart & Sole
• 1st Place M&F Masters (40+): $25 gift card to Heart & Sole

Age group awards will be scored based on individual chip time. The award ceremony will begin at 9 AM.

Event Policy:

No roller blades, skates, bikes, dogs, pets or headphones allowed on the race course. Refunds are not allowed. This is a rain, snow, or shine event.

Course Map:

The 5K starts and finishes at Kaufman's Coffee & Bagels, located at the historic El Vado Motel, 2500 Central Avenue SW. Runners will traverse a scenic course highlighting Albuquerque's neighborhoods and landmarks.

Race Shirt:

Brooks Performance shirt in gender specific sizes. Guaranteed for registrations by April 20th.
