Good Day for a Run Returns to Colonial Beach, VA for their 9th Annual COLONIAL BEACH TO BEER 10K/5K Races and 1 Mile Walk. This Race Proudly Supports BAMM.
RACES FEATURE:
- Scenic 5K and 10K Race along the Potomac of Colonial Beach.
- Chip-timing, Live-streamed Results, and Awards.
- Awards for top 3 Overall and Top 3 per Age Groups for 5K and 10K.
- The Course is Flat and Fast!
Race Start Times:
- 10K Starts at 9 AM.
- 5K Starts at 9:05 AM.
- 5K Walkers and all ages welcome to participate, need to be registered, and start on time behind runners at 9:05 AM.
- 1 Mile Walk option available for all ages and starts at 9:08 AM. (Non-timed)
Please register by Oct. 6 to guarantee receiving a shirt for 1 Milers. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after Oct. 6.
RACES INCLUDE:
- Colonial Beach Brewing & Ice House Brewery will be onsite with local craft beer options available.
- Quality event shirt included or upgrade to Long Sleeve for $6 extra. Women's cut, Adult/Men's, and Youth options.
- Please register by Oct. 6 to guarantee your first choice. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last for registrants after Oct. 6.
- ALL Participants receive a Beach to Beer Custom Beer Glass.
- Water Stations on Course and at Finish Line.

AFTER-PARTY FUN:
- Live music by Spike Burton Music performing until Noon.
- Enjoy cold Craft Beer at the post race Beer Garden - presented by Colonial Beach Brewing and Ice House Brewery. Non alcohol options available too.

- Various lawn games for the entire family or for you and your friends.
Please bring your own beach chairs or blankets to hang out after in the beautiful water-front park! Strollers are permitted. Race is rain or shine. No refunds or deferrals. Packet pick-up on race day from 7:30-8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent at Town Hill. Second PPU date TBD will be posted and emailed.
