The Blue Heaven Trail Fest Venue
The Blue Heaven Trail Fest venue features 4 miles of stunning shaded and open trails winding through 83 rolling acres of pasture and forest in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This property is also home to Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary.

Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary
Beautiful Together is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2014. They are dedicated to making a profound differences in the lives of both animals and people. Their mission is to rescue animals who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned and provide them with the comprehensive, loving care they deserve. They extend that care through meaningful programs that bring rescued animals, children, and our community together. These connections build empathy, support emotional well-being, and give every rescued animal the safe refuge, affection, and socialization they need to thrive. Saving animals. Supporting children. The Course
Each challenge takes place on a stunning, varied 4-mile trail loop. The course winds through 2 miles of shaded forest and 2 miles of open pasture, offering a dynamic balance of sun, moonlight, and shade. Elevation changes are gentle and rolling throughout.

100-Mile Team Relay
The 100-mile team relay will offer 24 hours starting at 7pm on Friday, April 24th to complete the 100 miles. For the 4-person teams, each person will run the loop 6 times and one person will run it a 7th time to finish the challenge. For the 8-person teams, each person will run the loop 3 times and one person will run it a 4th time to finish the challenge.

XC Half Marathon
The XC Half Marathon kicks off at 9am on Saturday, April 25th and will include 3 full loops and a final shortened loop leading to the finish line.

XC 4 Mile Run
There will be TWO 4 Mile Run options available. The Sunset 4 Mile Run will take place at 7pm on Friday, April 24th. The Sunrise 4 Mile Run will take place at 7am on Saturday, April 25th. There is an option to combine these two 4 mile events and take the "Sunset to Sunrise Challenge" which will incude a complimentary shared campsite.
