Bottoms Up Beer Run 4K

Race Details

Is "Will Run for Beer" your motto? If so, this race is for you! Participants will drink a beer shot to toast the start of the race, a beer shot every 1K and a full beer at the end of the race. You DO NOT have to drink beer to participate. Beer and cider is provided by SAAZ.

Race is capped at 400 entrants for T-shirts and medals. Additional registrations may be accepted but will not include a t-shirt or medal. Race T-shirts and Bottle Opener Medals for ALL participants - Requested T-shirt size guaranteed only if registered by 5/8/2026.

Raffles and Awards
Top 3 M&F Overall, Top Masters M&F, Top 3 Teams, Top 3 M&F in Age Groups: Under 21, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Beer related costumes encouraged!

Race Time Table

• Early Packet Pickup & Registration: Running Zone (3696 N Wickham Rd) Friday, June 5th - 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Race Day: Wickham Park Pavilion #1 Saturday, June 6th
• 4:30 PM: Packet Pickup & Registration Opens
• 5:45 PM: Packet Pickup & Late Registration Closes
• 5:50 PM: ID Check deadline - must get a wristband if you want to drink the beer
• 6:00 PM: 4K Race Start!
• 7:00 PM: Awards Ceremony

Please respect the park rules and leave the park cleaner than you found it. NO GLASS IN THE PARK. Plastic and cans are fine. Dogs on short leashes are okay.

PARKING
Available parking at Wickham Park. Volunteers will direct you.

COURSE MAP
The course map is posted below. It weaves throughout Wickham Park.

ID CHECK
All participants must check in with an ID if they want to drink beer. Those 21 y/o and up with proper ID will receive a wristband. Anyone under 21 y/o or without proper ID will have their hands marked with a black "X". NO ID, NO WRISTBAND, NO BEER, NO EXCEPTIONS.

ID CHECK DEADLINE: 5:50 PM

DRINKING ON THE COURSE
Consume beer only at designated refreshment stations. You cannot leave the station with your beer. Only one beer per person at each station.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Rain or shine we are running. The refreshment stations are all covered. Sorry, no refunds.

DRINK RESPONSIBLY
Participants will consume approximately 2 beers along the race course. Please drink responsibly and know your limits. Water and Gatorade are available. Designate a driver.

AWARDS
Everyone gets a finisher medal! Prizes for Top 3 M/F overall, Top 3 M/F age division, Top Masters M/F, and Top 3 Teams.
