Embrace the chill of winter with Long Runs & Lattes, a casual long run experience designed to keep you active during the colder months. This program offers a perfect blend of fitness, community, and comfort, tailored to runners of all levels who want to stay motivated through the winter!
We'll meet up 8am every Sunday from various coffee shops around Boulder, run the bike paths and explore Boulders many parks, before heading back for some post run coffee. We'll have a different, roughly 6 mile recommended route each week, with the option to run longer or shorter.
The Coffee Shop Finish: Here’s the best part: every run ends at a cozy local coffee shop! After completing your run, you’ll get to relax and warm up with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea, enjoying a post-run chat with fellow runners. It's the perfect way to end a beautiful winter run!
