Registration Details

Registration closes on Thursday, July 9th at 12PM OR when a given Event has reached its Entry Limits.

1. Register by Sunday, June 14nd to receive a Race Specific T-Shirt.

2. Registration received after June 14th will receive a Series T-Shirt.

3. You may also select $5 off your cart if you opt out of selecting a T-Shirt.

MultiSport Canada Triathlon Series Registration Policies

We realize in some circumstances that participants are unable to attend our events. Our refund policy offers flexibility for participants while ensuring the sustainability of your favourite events.

Refund Policy

• Four (4) Weeks prior to Event Weekends (on or before Sundays at 11:59PM) we will extend a 75% refund on your event fees
• Two (2) Weeks prior to Event Weekends (on or before Sundays at 11:59PM) we will extend a 25% refund on your event fees
• Within (2) Weeks of any Event Weekend there will be No Refunds
• With all refunds, participants will be required to pay the processing fee

How do I request a Refund?

Email [email protected] with ‘Refund Request – Event Name’ in the subject line

Include a confirmation number or email address associated with the registration

Eligible participants will be sent refund details to the email address and payment method associated with their Race Roster account

Registration Transfers

• Sub-Event Transfers ($10.0 0) – You can transfer your original registration within the same event (e.g. Sprint Tri to Olympic Tri). You must complete the transfer in Race Roster.
• Participant-to-Participant Transfers ($25.00) – You can transfer your registration to another participant within the same event. You must have the email address of the recipient and complete the transfer in Race Roster. Transfers completed outside Race Roster will not be honored.
• Event-to-Event Transfers ($25.00) – You can transfer your registration to another event within the same season (e.g. Welland to Bracebridge)

How do Event-to-Event Transfers work?

Email [email protected] with ‘Transfer from Event Name to Event Name’ in the subject line

Include a confirmation number or email address associated with the registration

You will receive instructions to register for the desired event and the transfer fee will be deducted from your original registration fees

IMPORTANT NOTES AND TRANSFER POLICY:

• All registrations MUST have a valid Triathlon Ontario Membership or Triathlon Ontario One Day Fee purchased during cart check-out.
• Transfers MUST be completed on Wednesdays by 11:59PM - Ten (10) Days prior to an Event Weekend
• If there is a difference in the registration fees, you will need to pay the difference, the Transfer Fee, and applicable Race Roster Processing Fees
• If there is no difference in the registration fees, you will need to pay the Transfer Fee
• If you are transferring to a lower-priced race, no refunds will be issued
• If you are transferring to a race that is priced higher at the time of transfer, you will need to pay the difference
• Transfers into sold out events or events that reach capacity and become re-opened, is not an option

Promo Codes

We would like to kindly remind all participants there will be No Deferral option for any MultiSport Canada Event. The following rules apply for participants who received a promo code:

• Eligible participants can expect promo codes to be sent to the email address used on request
• Participants who received a promo code from the previous season are not eligible for transfers of any kind (e.g. no sub-event, event-to-event transfers, participant transfers, transfer to the following year, etc.). Please select event(s) confidently when applying a promo code as the registration is firm
• Promo codes must be applied during cart-check out and are valid for a maximum of One (1) Year or Event Season
• Promo codes are applicable to ANY Triathlon Series Event listed HERE before online registration closes
• Promo codes become inactive after online registration closes. They cannot be applied or redeemed for cash or discounts if Race Day or Late Registrations are offered
• Promo codes expire before the end of the race season (October)
• Participants who are eligible to receive a promo code are responsible for following up at [email protected] if for any reason, you do not receive it by email before registration closes

Communications Schedule

You can expect to hear from us in the following sequence:

1. Pre Event Notice sent on Wednesday, July 1st by 9PM containing Course Details, Final Event Schedule, and Retailers in Attendance.
2. Final Event Notice sent on Thursday, July 9th by 9PM containing your Bib Number and Start Time info.
3. Post Race Report sent the week of July 13th, containing links to our Photo Galleries, Results, and any Articles written about the event.
