Cactus Roulette Endurance Event

Event Overview

The Cactus Roulette Endurance Event features four different race durations: 24 hours, 12 hour Owl, 12 hour Lark, and 6 hours. Participants will spin a roulette wheel before each loop to determine which of the three scenic trails (ranging from 1.9 to 3.6 miles) they will run next, making for a unique and unpredictable racing experience.

Awards

• All finishers receive a completion award, ensuring no one goes home empty-handed.
• Hand-crafted awards will be presented in three categories (male, female, nonbinary).
• First place finishers will win free entry for next year's event, and 24-hour finishers completing 100 miles will earn a cash prize of $250.

Course Details

Each loop will be color-coded to align with the roulette wheel, and runners will start from designated mats for each loop.

• SWIM BEACH (Blue): 3.6 miles with 253 ft elevation.
• CACTUS RIDGE (Green): 2.6 miles with 239 ft elevation.
• BUNKER HILL (Red): 1.9 miles with 150 ft elevation.

Schedule of Events

• Saturday 1/25: 9 am - 11 am packet pick up for all race distances; Noon start for 24 hour and 12 hour Owl; 9 pm - 11 pm packet pick up for 12 hour Lark; Midnight finish for 12 hour Owl and start for 12 hour Lark.
• Sunday 1/26: 2 am - Pacers allowed to join 24 hour runners; 6 am - 6 hour race starts; Noon finishes for all other categories.
