Canada Day Races
Join the Canada Day Races at Spencer Smith Park, Burlington, ON, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The event features 1K, 3K, and 5K races.
Race Details:
- 1K Race: Starts at 9:00 AM EDT
- 3K Race: Starts at 9:30 AM EDT
- 5K Race: Starts at 10:00 AM EDT
The race will start and finish at Spencer Smith Park - East Lawn near the pier.
Discounts: Seniors 65 and over and youth 16 and under save $10 on registration fees for the 3KM/5KM events.
Virtual Option: Participate virtually from wherever you are. Virtual race details include completion anytime between June 1st, 2026 and July 8th, 2056. Virtual participants receive a finisher medal, Canada Day shirt, and a race kit (shipping extra).
Race Kit Pickup: Available on Sunday, June 28th, Monday, June 29th, Tuesday, June 30th, and on race day, Tuesday, July 1st, 2025.
Sponsors and Partners: Donations support the Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Program at Joseph Brant Hospital (JBH).
