Capes 100
The first 100 mile trail running race in Atlantic Canada, with 46k and 86k options too!
Run atop the spectacular Mabou Highlands and along the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Run on trails that will both inspire and challenge you. Beaches, streams, and spectacular vistas. Cape Breton. Cape Mabou. Foot Cape.
Welcome to the Capes 100.
Registration fees include a Salomon Capes 100 technical running t-shirt, insurance, and Salomon draw prize eligibility, plus a finisher's buckle.
- 100 Mile: CA$315.38 (Must be 19+ years old)
- 86k: CA$218.21 (Must be 19+ years old)
- 46k: CA$153.43 (Must be 19+ years old)
There are waitlist options for the 46k, 86k, and 160k (100 mile) races.
Volunteering opportunities are available, offering a Salomon Capes 100 technical running shirt, free camping, and entry into prize draws.
