Carbs for Kids 5k & Bake Sale

The South Sioux Falls Kiwanis Club presents its annual Carbs for Kids 5k, 10 Mile, & Bake Sale to support kids and youth in our community. Come get your steps in with this fun run/walk and follow it up with a bake sale or just stop out for some sweet treats without running!

Race Details:

• What: 5k, 10 mile, & free-will donation bake sale
• When: Saturday, April 11th, 2026
• 5k Race Start: 9 am
• 10 mile Race Start: 8 am
• Bake Sale: 7 am - 11 am
• Where: Cherry Rock Park, Sioux Falls, SD 57103

Details: Packet pick-up will be Friday, April 10th, and the morning of April 11th. The course is a flat and fast out-and-back along the bike path beginning and ending at Cherry Rock Park.

Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the following categories: Men age <39, Men age >40, Women age <39, Women age >40.

All funds raised from the race and bake sale stay local and support various children's organizations in Sioux Falls.
