The 5K race kicks off at 8:00 AM, followed by a 1-Mile Fun Run at 9:00 AM. Stick around for the Mental Health Fair and 5K Awards in the park at 9:30 AM—featuring community mental health resources, positive vibes, and Caribbean flair. Come run, walk, learn, and raise awareness about mental health together!
