The Carmel Marathon Weekend takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in Carmel, Indiana. This event includes the Carmel Marathon, Carmel Half Marathon, Indiana Spine Group 10K, and Indiana Members Credit Union 5k. All races start and finish at the same location, near the Palladium Music Center.
