Cary Greenways Half-Marathon
The Cary Greenways Half-Marathon offers in-person and virtual races on March 22nd and March 15th-22nd, 2026, respectively. Choose from 5K, 10K, 13.1-mile, and virtual options. The in-person race features a staggered start at 8:00 AM, closing at 11:00 AM. The half-marathon turnaround point closes at 9:30 AM.
