Goopy Gallop 5k & Kids 3k Cross Country Run/Walk!

Test your limits at the Cadets Home Cross Country Course while supporting our High School and Middle School Cross Country programs! Choose to run individually or gather 5-7 friends for a team and enjoy a discount. Registration includes a race shirt. Awards for top finishers and top in each age group will follow the race. Not a runner? You can still contribute through donations or sponsorship opportunities.

Relive your cross country days or live it for the first time at The Cascade Goopy Gallop! Run as an individual or gather your friends to form a team of 5-7 and score as a cross country team. Plus, teams save an extra $5 per person!
