Chicks in the Sticks 2024 Course Familiarisation Sessions

These sessions are designed to help you familiarise yourself with the courses for Chicks in the Sticks 2024. They will include a look at the more challenging technical sections of the course and provide guidance on how to best approach them, ensuring you make the most of your ride on the day of the event.

Session Details:

Two sessions will be held on Sunday, August 11, and numbers are limited.

• Beginners loop on green-level trails: 9:30am - 12:30pm
• Intermediate loop on blue-level trails: 1:30pm - 4:30pm

You can choose which session you select by the ticket type your purchase.

We will pay the Scout camp entry fee of $10 per rider per session to Scouts Queensland out of your registration fee.

Please note, these sessions do not guarantee your entry to the Chicks in the Sticks event on August 18. You must register separately for that event.

Beginner course: Have a Crack, Electric A-Peel, Soft-Boiled Double Yolkers (Note: at the race, this is labelled the orange course)

Intermediate course: Chicken Run, Free Range, Queens of the Coop, Battery Hens, Clipped Wings, Hard-Boiled Double Yolkers (Note: at the race, this is labelled the blue course)
