• Run/Walk: 8:00 am
• Family Fun Festival: 7:30am-9:30am
• Place: Ascarate Park, Blue Gill Parking Lot, El Paso, TX, 79905

CGC’s annual Memory Run/Walk is a community event honoring our loved one(s) lost and raising awareness about children's bereavement. Join us on CGC’s 30th Anniversary for a 5k competitive or fun run or a 1-mile walk. A Family Fun Festival runs 7:30am-9:30am and includes music, booths, food trucks, and games for children and families. A community memorial activity booth will be set up for those who would like to participate. Snacks and water are available at the finish line.

Awards & Prizes:

• Trophy to the top overall 3 finishers
• Medals to top 5K finishers in male & female age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over
• LARGEST TEAM TROPHY! Trophy and bragging rights to the largest registered team of 10 or more.

All proceeds from the Memory Run/Walk benefit the Center's mission to support children, youth, and their families bereaved due to a death loss. CGC is the region’s only provider of childhood bereavement services. Annually, CGC serves 1,000 individuals through grief support, education, and treatment services.
