Ride the Legend. Race the Trail. Get ready to herd your bike through history! The Chisholm Gravel Roundup takes you on a journey along the historic corridors of the Chisholm Trail. Starting in the classic town of Saint Jo, TX, this route heads west toward Nocona and Ringgold, traversing the very same dusty paths where millions of longhorns were once driven to market in the late 19th century. This is quintessential North Texas gravel: rolling hills, historic county roads, and big sky views. Whether you are looking to race the clock or just enjoy a day in the saddle, come see if you have the grit to complete the drive.

Route Options & Format

We are offering three distances to suit your endurance level. Unlike some of our self-navigated adventures, this is a fully supported race format. Distances: 90 Miles, 65 Miles, and 45 Miles. Navigation: ALL routes will be fully marked with course arrows. Timing: ALL distances will be timed.

Support & Amenities

We will keep the herd moving with plenty of support:

• On Course: Water tables will be stationed at key points along the route to keep you hydrated. The route also passes accessible convenience stores for any specific refueling needs.
• Post-Ride: Celebrate your finish! We will have cold soft drinks and snacks waiting for everyone at the finish line in Saint Jo.
