The CNMI National Sprint Triathlon marks a major milestone as the first CNMI National Event allowing eligible CNMI residents (2-year minimum) to qualify for the 2026 World Triathlon Age-Group Championships in Pontevedra, Spain. It’s also the perfect tune-up race for athletes gearing up for the Olympic Distance Triathlon on April 12. Whether you’re chasing podiums, PRs, or just the thrill of racing.

Categories, Distances & Start Times:

• Open Sprint Triathlon (16+): 750m Swim, 20k Bike, 5k Run
• Super Sprint Tri (Entry-Level Adults & Ages 10+): 250m Swim, 5k Bike, 2k Run
• Kids 9U and 6U: All contained within Pau Pau
• 5K Run (Open): 6:00-6:15 Registration, 6:40 Briefing, 6:45 race start
• Relay Option: Relays are allowed in ALL categories EXCEPT 9U and 6U races. Perfect for families, friends, and first-time racers.

Race Fees:

• Adults: $15 (Base), $25 (with shirts)
• Relay: $15 per person
• Kids: $10 (Base), $15 (with shirts)
