Last Beast Standing

Our race is where competitors must consecutively run the distance of 6.706 kilometres (4.167 mi) in less than one hour, which is a pace of 100 miles per 24 hours. The race is over when only one runner remains to complete a lap. This runner is marked as the winner and only finisher, with all other runners receiving a "DNF" (Did Not Finish).

Lodging

Danish Alps offers Electric Plus, Basic and Equestrian Electric Plus campsites. There are 34 gravel pads with electrical hookups and two ADA-cement pads with electrical hookups, as well as seven gravel pull-through pads with electrical hookups and one ADA cement pull-through pad with electrical hookups. Electrical campsites are Electric Plus campsites. There are also 22 Basic camping sites. Campers have access to water, modern restrooms and showers. Reservations may be made up to 180 days in advance during peak season (April 15 to Oct. 15) for half the campsites. All other camping is all first-come, first-served; campers must register their nightly camping fees in a raised, locked box called an Iron Ranger. Self-service envelopes are provided at each station and accept cash or checks only.
