Coronado Rotary Low Tide Ride & Stride

Celebrate the 29th Anniversary of the Low Tide Ride & Stride with a our 5K Course during the lowest tide of the month on the beach from North Beach down to the end of the Shores and back. Kick off summer with this fun, family-friendly, 5K chip-timed race. Run! Walk! Bike! Stroll! This Coronado signature event takes place along one of the top 10 beaches in the world and provides much needed funds with Local Military and First Responders being the primary beneficiaries. Drop your beach chair in Sunset Park along with your reusable water bottle. After the race, kick back and enjoy LIVE MUSIC, grab a snack, visit local vendors' booths, and more.

Pre-Race Day Packet Pickup and Live Registration
PRE-RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP: Friday, July 17, 2026
TIME: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
LOCATION: U.S. Bank Parking Lot, 800 Orange Ave, Coronado, CA 92118. Parking lot is behind the bank with the entrance on D Avenue. Bibs and race shirt will be available. Friends and family may pick up for others.

RACE DAY PICK-UP
Bibs and shirts may be picked up on race day at Sunset Park beginning at 6:30am until Race Start at 8:00am.
