This is a 50 kilometer point-to-point ultramarathon on dirt roads from Lake Pleasant Regional Park to the historic Crown King Saloon. The course features dynamic scenic changes, technical jeep roads, and a stunning finish in the Ponderosa pines of the Prescott National Forest.

Course Summary

The race starts on the shores of Lake Pleasant and runs up maintained dirt roads through the desert, featuring saguaro cactus and rolling hills. The real climbing begins at the mile 15 aid station as the course enters a 4×4 jeep road leading to a 4,000 foot ascent, topping out near Crown King at mile 29.

Runners are rewarded with a 2-mile downhill into the celebration finish at the Crown King Saloon!
