Benefiting Third Age Adult Day Center
Join us for the Dash for Dementia 5K Run/Walk, a community event supporting individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias through the Third Age Adult Day Center at SUNY Plattsburgh. Whether you are running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, your participation helps strengthen local support services and raise awareness for dementia care.

Race Information
- 5K Run & Walk (All ages and abilities welcome)
- Timed and untimed participants welcome
- Course details and maps will be posted closer to race day
- Additional distance options may be added based on interest
Registration Fees
- Adults: $25
- Children (Under 12): $10 (includes t-shirt)
All registered participants receive an official Dash for Dementia event t-shirt. Shirt orders will close on a specified deadline to ensure availability.
Benefiting Organization
All proceeds from this event support the Third Age Adult Day Center at SUNY Plattsburgh, which provides vital programming and respite services for individuals and families living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
Food & Refreshments
Food trucks and coffee vendors will be on site for participants and spectators.
