Delta Lake Triathlon
The Delta Lake Triathlon is held at the scenic Delta Lake State Park in Rome, NY. It's produced by Wilson Endurance Sports in cooperation with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.

The Sprint Triathlon includes a 750m swim, an 11-mile bike ride, and a 5k run. The Olympic Triathlon is double the distance of each course. Paratriathletes and relay teams are welcome. There are no cut-off times.
