The 13th Annual DeSatnick Real Estate Escape the Cape Triathlon was voted the BEST TRIATHLON in the Mid-Atlantic & North East Regions. It offers Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, aquabikes, and relays. New Jersey’s Best Triathlon starts with a 12-foot jump off the Cape May-Lewes Ferry!

• Olympic Triathlon: 1 Mile Swim + 23 Mile Bike + 5 Mile Run
• Olympic Aquabike: 1 Mile Swim + 23 Mile Bike
• Sprint Triathlon: 0.35 Mile Swim + 12 Mile Bike + 5K Run
• Sprint Aquabike: 0.35 Mile Swim + 12 Mile Bike
• Kids' Fun Run: 0.5 Mile Run (on-site registration only)
