The Devil's Den 10 Miler is one of the best 10-mile races in Virginia! The in-person race starts at 7:15am on Sunday, August 16th. The DD10 is set in beautiful Culpeper, centrally located between Washington, DC, and Charlottesville nestled in the Piedmont River Valley. It is a Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix Series race. Starting and finishing in front of the Culpeper Sports Complex, the course is mostly flat with some rolling hills. The USATF certified course is a loop with scenic views of the beautiful Culpeper countryside. There is plenty of close parking, restrooms, and cold watermelon and snacks at the finish.

Race Information:

• In-person 10 Miler: Sunday, August 16, 2026, 7:15 AM EDT. Price: $50. Registration opens March 4, 2026. Open to ages 12+.
• Virtual 10 Miler: August 16-18, 2026. Price: $45. Registration opens March 4, 2026. Open to ages 12+.

Awards: Overall Top 3 Male and Female finishers receive cash awards ($100, $75, $50). Masters awards, Athena/Clydesdale awards, and age group awards are also given. All finishers receive a commemorative award.

Packet Pick Up: Saturday, August 15th (11am-4pm) at River Rock Outfitter, Fredericksburg, or on race day (starting 5:45am) at Culpeper County Sports Complex.

Aid Stations: Available at miles 2, 4, 6, and 8. Monolith Endurance Fuel provided at mile 6.

Race Shirts: Guaranteed if registered before July 22nd.

Beneficiary: Proceeds support the Alzheimer's Association.
