DFit Training Studio - Murph Challenge 2025

The Murph Challenge

The Murph Challenge is not just a physical test, but a mental & emotional one. The workout was originally created to honor fallen Navy SEAL, LT Michael Murphy, but has since become a worldwide event that is done in memory of our fallen service members. Here at DFit, we continue to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice to our nation with our very own Murph Challenge. We invite anybody to join us in completing this workout.

Workout:

• 1 mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 air squats
• 1 mile run

Please note that we will also be conducting a scaled workout for those who are unable or do not wish to complete the full workout.

Located in the shopping plaza next to Winn Dixie

Parking:

Parking is available in both the front & back of the studio.

Misc:

• Workout will be led by our team of trainers for those needing exercise modifications
• Bottled water, water fountains, & towels will be provided
• Feel free to stay after the workout for our social hour with light refreshments

While this is a free event, we do invite you to make a donation to America's Gold Star Families, a non-profit who provides hope, healing, & support to families who have lost a loved one in military service.
