About the Event
Donut Dash Ate-teen
This is the 18th year of the Donut Dash, a 4-mile event that includes a stop for donuts, benefiting Child Life Programs in Sacramento Children's Hospitals.
Participants run, jog, or walk 2 miles to Marie’s Donuts. At Marie’s, participants consume 4 donuts (competitive division), 3 donuts (noncompetitive), 6 donut holes, OR nothing at all before returning the 2 miles to the start/finish area.
Registration includes donuts or donut holes from Marie's Donuts, a t-shirt, and a finisher's award. There is also an EWWS, LLP Glazing Fast Challenge for competitive participants who complete the course in under 50 minutes.
Donations support the Child Life Programs at Sutter Children's Center & UC Davis Children's Hospital. Over $1.8 million has been donated since 2009.
