Description

The 38th Annual Crawfish Festival is a family oriented event and offers something for all ages from children's amusements to arts & crafts, to cloggers, square dancers and live bands. The Doreen Myers 5k Run/Walk kicks off the events on Saturday morning with a beautiful run through Woodbine, the boardwalk, and finishing at the Satilla Waterfront Park by the banks of the Satilla River. Proceeds from the Doreen Meyers 5k benefits Safe Harbor Children’s Advocacy Centers in Camden, Glynn, and Wayne counties.

Race Awards

Overall Awards will be awarded to top 3 timed finishers. Awards will be given to the top three males and females in the following age categories: 18 & Under, 19-35, 36-59, 60 & Older. Additional awards will be given in the following categories: First Responders (including nurses), Most Spirited, Best Team Player, Best Dressed.

Race Amenities

Runners will receive a custom t-shirt, raffle prizes, medals for all age group winners, goodie bag from sponsors, water, Gatorade, and bananas.

Race Packets can be picked on the following days and times at Woodbine City Hall located at 310 Bedell Ave, Woodbine, GA 31569 (Hwy 17 and 4th Street)

• Saturday April 25th 6 AM - 7 AM

Race Course Information

The race Starts at Highway 17 & 4th Street (near City Hall), continues along the nature trail and Finishes at Satilla River Waterfront Park.
