The race will be run on a new course, varying trails every few years. Runners can choose the number of 12.5k laps they would like to complete, with options for 12.5K, 25K, 37.5K, and 50K. The terrain varies from technical single track to old jeep roads with significant elevation change. Expect rocks, roots, fallen trees, stream crossings, and scenic beauty. This is a trail race on technical terrain, not for beginners seeking easy paths.
Awards will be the classic DHTR drumsticks. All race distances start at 8:00 AM. Participants must start their last lap by 3:15 PM. There are no refunds or deferrals.
Parking is available at Fuller Elementary School, 422 Elm St, Keene, NH 03431, with the race start a short walk away on Drummer Rd. Drop bags can be brought to the start/finish area. Port-a-potties and aid stations (at start/finish and midpoint) will be available. Aid will include water, Tailwind, soda, gels, cookies, bananas, and chips. This is a cupless event; bring your own hydration vest or bottle.
