East Canyon Marathon

The East Canyon Marathon is on Saturday, August 29, 2026. It includes a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, and a Virtual Race. The Full Marathon starts at Big Mountain Summit and finishes in Farmlands. The Half Marathon starts at East Canyon Reservoir and runs through Red Rock Canyon. The 10K and 5K are out-and-back courses starting and finishing at the Morgan County Fairgrounds.

• Full Marathon: Starts at Big Mountain Pass, overlooking Salt Lake City, and heads east through pine trees and aspens, along East Canyon Reservoir, and into farmlands.
• Half Marathon: Starts at East Canyon Reservoir and runs through Red Rock Canyon.
• 10K & 5K: Out-and-back courses at the Morgan County Fairgrounds.
