Escape Belle Isle 5K Run and Ruck Powered by CoStar Group

The Escape Belle Isle 5K Run and Ruck is set against the stunning backdrop of Richmond, Virginia, and will support our service men and women during Military Appreciation Month.

• Location: 621 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, VA 23220
• Race Day Schedule:
• Check-in: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
• Opening Ceremony: 9:15 a.m.
• 5K Run Start: 9:30 a.m.
• 5K Ruck Start: 9:35 a.m.
• Awards Ceremony: 10:30 a.m.

Courses

• Escape Belle Isle 5K Run: 3.1 Miles - $25
• Escape Belle Isle 5K Ruck: 3.1 Miles - $25
• Virtual Escape Belle Isle 5K Run or Ruck (With Swag): 3.1 Miles - $35
• Virtual Escape Belle Isle 5K Run or Ruck (Without Swag): 3.1 Miles - $25

Rucking Division

The Rucking division challenges participants to carry a weighted rucksack. Requirements include:

• Females: Minimum 25 lbs
• Males: Minimum 35 lbs

All participants receive a challenge coin and patch regardless of weight.

Awards

Top three male and female finishers in both the Run and Ruck categories will be honored with awards and goodies!

Swag and Packet Pickup

Participants who register by April 28 will receive a shirt. Packet pick-up is on Friday, May 1, and Saturday morning before the race.
