8 marathons in 8 countries in 17 days with a quick low cost itinerary. We planned the location of races in each county so you can get from one county to another with no wasted time, all direct nonstop flights. We start with 1- Eswatini Marathon, 2- Johannesburg Marathon (night race), 3- Lesotho Marathon, 4- Angola Marathon, 5- Mozambique Marathon, 6- Malawi Marathon, 7 - Uganda Marathon, and end with number 8- Burundi Marathon. You may choose to run in as many countries as you want, each race will have a separate registration and you may sit out and skip a country.
The host hotels are picked and designed to be the start of each race course, with the opportunity to stay in other low cost hotels nearby.

Bib Distribution & Briefings: Host Hotel at 5pm the evening before each event. Race director reserves the right to deny entry if briefing is missed.
Start Time: Sunrise for each event/country. Subject to change based on weather and local conditions. Will be announced definitively at race briefing.
Courses: Generally flat terrain with multi-laps.
Finish Cut-off: 9:00 after start (No Runner Left Behind)
Timekeeping: Mandatory for each runner to carry a GPS-watch or other GPS devices with minimum 9 hours battery capacity.
Awards: All finishers receive a medal, finish results list. Finisher certificate is being considered.
Refunds: Absolutely no refunds issued. These are low cost events with minimal registration fees.
Runner Limit: All races will be limited to 20 runners based upon a first come, first serve basis.
Visas & Permissions: Participants are responsible for obtaining visas. Races will avoid public roads and may not have official permission or insurance/medical services. Every runner participates at their own risk.
Support: Races are self-supporting; participants bring their own drinks and nutrition.
