Mount Cass Station, Waipara, New Zealand

Located just five minutes north of Amberley, Mount Cass Station sits where the Waipara wine region meets the rugged Pacific coastline. This dramatic landscape is defined by impressive limestone outcrops, big hills, and bush-filled gullies, creating a challenging and visually striking course. Expect sustained climbs, technical descents, and constantly changing terrain, all rewarded with epic views across the Waipara district, Mount Grey, Pegasus Bay, and back toward Christchurch and Banks Peninsula. A true highlight for runners who love tough trails and big scenery.

Complete all four events in the Winter Trail Run Series to be eligible for series awards, presented to the top three male and female finishers in each age group and distance.

• Adult Midi Mountains (9–12km): Early Bird $69.00, Standard $79.00, Late $105.00, Super Late $130.00
• Adult Epic Endurance (19–23km): Early Bird $89.00, Standard $99.00, Late $125.00, Super Late $150.00

Junior Category (Ages 8–19)

Junior entries are offered at a reduced entry fee to help encourage and support young people to enjoy trail running.

• Junior Slope Sprint (5–7km): Early Bird $35.00, Standard $40.00, Late $45.00, Super Late $50.00
• Junior Midi Mountains (9–12km): Early Bird $45.00, Standard $50.00, Late $55.00, Super Late $60.00
• Junior Epic Endurance (19–23km): Early Bird $55.00, Standard $60.00, Late $65.00, Super Late $70.00
