Fall Backyard Burn Trail Run - Fountainhead

Join us for the Fall Backyard Burn Trail Run at Fountainhead Regional Park in Fairfax Station, VA on Sunday, November 19, 2023. This race course is a beautiful mix of hiking trails and old dirt roads, situated along the banks of the Occoquan Reservoir in Western Fairfax County. We've been racing at Fountainhead for over 15 years, and it continues to be a racer favorite.

Choose from two course options: the 5 Mile course with a distance of 4.8 miles and prices ranging from $42.50 to $60.00, or the 10 Mile course with a distance of 10.3 miles and prices ranging from $47.50 to $65.00. Both courses offer a challenging yet rewarding experience with elevation gains of 450 feet and 950 feet respectively.

During registration, you will have the opportunity to support a local non-profit, Homestretch. The goal of the charity partnership is to raise awareness of the services Homestretch provides to families in our area and to raise funds that will directly support their efforts.
