Fallen Heroes 5 Miler

Race Info

Welcome back runners to a brand new location for the annual Fallen Heroes 5 Miler. The new location will be held at James Monroe High School. With this amazing change, you will be able to run through the beautiful areas of the city of Fredericksburg.

The race is sponsored by the Fredericksburg Fallen Heroes, a local non-profit organization that provides support to the veterans and first responders in need of assistance in the local community. This is the 6th race in the Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix series in conjunction with the Fredericksburg Area Running Club.

The race will begin at the James Monroe High School parking lot.

Packet Pick Up

• Thursday, July 3, 2025: 1-6 p.m. at Lucky Road Run Shop, 1865 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, 22401
• Race Day (July 4, 2026): 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. at James Monroe High School parking lot.

Entry Fees

• February 17th – June 7th: $35
• June 8th – July 2nd: $40
• July 3rd, July 4th: $45

To receive a free shirt, register by June 7th. Extra shirts will be available for purchase on race day.

Awards

• Age Groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over
• Overall winners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place (Men and Women)
• Best Patriotic Outfit: Best Male and Female ($50.00 gift card each)
