Fast & Furry presented by Manitoba Hydro

Celebrate your furry BFF by being part of Manitoba Marathon’s 7th Annual Fast and Furry run presented by Manitoba Hydro! Join us on April 26th to complete a 5K run/walk or 10K run with your favorite four-legged friend!

All participants will receive an event shirt, a custom race bib, a bandana for your furry friend, a medal for you and a matching pet tag medal for your partner! Join us for post-race human treats from Oh Donuts, and dog treats from Trail Dog Treats!

Or, run virtually between April 26th-May 12th and submit your results and photos online. This year, we are encouraging all participants to support the K9 Advocacy Manitoba! Be sure to make a generous donation when you register to support the great work they do to support all our furry friends!

• 10km Virtual Run/Walk: CA$56.81 - Includes race shirt, race bib, Finisher's medal, and special treat for your Furry Friend! Option for in-person package pick-up or shipping.
• 5km Virtual Run/Walk: CA$56.81 - Includes race shirt, race bib, Finisher's medal, and special treat for your Furry Friend! Option for in-person package pick-up or shipping.

Important information for Pet Safety!

Furry friends are welcome. Please bring well socialized dogs only. Watch for signs of stress in your pet and be mindful that not everyone will know how to best interact with your furry friend. Take some space if you need it! As this is a dog friendly event, it is of utmost importance to ensure your pup is dog friendly & crowd friendly. Harnesses are encouraged for the race and be sure to leave space in between your pup and others during the race. Pack poop bags and water. Please be respectful and clean up after your dog. Meeting on leash can be stressful for dogs. Leave space between dogs, and always ask the other owner before allowing your dogs to meet.
