It's an annual Father's Day tradition in Arvada! All are welcome - walkers, joggers and speed demons, too! Swag includes t-shirts for ALL participants! The Fun Run is an un-timed 1 mile out and back run/walk and the MANLY MILE is open to men and is a TIMED race!
Courses and Prices:
- 10k: $39 (includes $4 fee). 8:00 AM MDT. Price increases after August 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM MDT
- 5k: $28.50 (includes $3.50 fee). 8:20 AM MDT. Price increases after August 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM MDT
- 1 Mile Fun Run (untimed): $11 (includes $3 fee). 7:31 AM MDT. Price increases after February 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST
- Manly Mile (TIMED - for MEN Only): $23.50 (includes $3.50 fee). 7:30 AM MDT. Price increases after June 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM MDT
- Combo! 10K & Manly Mile (Men Only): $39 (includes $4 fee). 7:30 AM MDT. Price increases after August 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM MDT
