About the Event
Fauquier Education Farm 5K and Fun Run
This event is a fundraiser to benefit the Fauquier Education Farm, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing agriculture through education and best method farming. The farm also supports the community by donating its entire harvest of produce to local food banks. The event relies on volunteers and donations to operate.
The Course: The 5K course starts at the Fauquier Education Farm and follows a section of the Stafford Farm Trail. It is described as a beautiful, challenging cross-country course with stream crossings, wooded trails, rolling fields, and hills. The Fun Run is approximately 1 mile and includes similar terrain, offering a shorter experience of the 5K course.

- Packet pick up and race day registration: 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM
- 5k and Fun Run start: 9:00 AM
- Awards presentation: 10:00 AM
