Feed a Veteran 5K

Race Information

The 3rd Annual "Feed A Veteran 5K" is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026. This event aims to raise money and provide hot food and winter survival kits for homeless veterans in D.C., as well as support suicide prevention programs. Participants can also assemble sandwiches, soup, and pack winter survival kits after the race.

The race is a 3.1-mile road race held on an enclosure golf car path at Old Hickory Golf Course in Woodbridge, VA.

It will be professionally timed by Blue Cheetah Sports Timing, LLC.

Registration

• 5K: $35 through October 24th, $40 Oct 25th - Nov 6th, $45 Nov 7th
• 5K (18 & Under): $15
• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: $25 through October 24th, $30 Oct 25th - Nov 6th, $35 Nov 7th
• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (18 & Under): $15

Note: Fun Run is untimed. Online registration closes at 7:45 am on Saturday, November 7th. In-person registration will be available.

Packet Pick Up and Swag

Registrants receive a commemorative bib, custom poly cotton race shirt, and custom finisher medal.

• Friday, November 6th: 3-6 pm at Road Runner Sports (1120 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046)
• Race Day: 7-7:45 am at the race site

Note: Register before October 25th to guarantee a shirt.

Photos will be posted on the Run Sign-up site within 6 hours after the race.

Donations are accepted for those unable to participate.
