Firecracker 5K & 1 Mile Sparkler Run

Annandale's Firecracker 5K and 1 Mile Sparkler Run/Walk is a family-friendly yet competitive event with both courses beginning and ending in the heart of Annandale's 4th of July Celebration near Annandale Municipal Park.

The event is a fundraiser supporting the St John's Lutheran Church Children, Youth, and Family Fund, as well as other groups around the city of Annandale that support the event.

Prizes

• Top 3 Male and Female finishers in both the 1 Mile and 5K: 1st - $100 and event picture frame, 2nd - $75, 3rd - $50
• Fastest Stroller Mile (Male and Female): $40 and Event Picture Frame
• Fastest Combined 5k + 1 Mile time (Male and Female): $40 and Event Picture Frame
• Best 4th of July themed attire (Male and Female) $40 and Event Picture Frame

Age Group Certificates

Awarded in specific age groups for both the 1 Mile Sparkler Run and Firecracker 5K.

Packet Pick-Up

• Friday, July 4th: 4:00 - 6:00pm - Packet Pickup Onsite 315 Oak Ave N, Annandale
• Saturday, July 5th: 7:00am - Packet Pick-up Begins

Race Shirts

Race Shirts are NOT included with your registration fee. They are available for purchase until June 22nd, 2025.
