Join the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 84 and Local 1098 of the International Association of Fire Fighters on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Chautauqua Park for a fun-filled community event featuring a friendly competition between the Beatrice Police Department and the Beatrice Fire Department. This year’s race introduces a new theme where participants will choose to support either Team Police or Team Fire. Proceeds from Team Police will benefit Project Lifesaver—a life-saving program that helps locate individuals with Alzheimer’s, autism, and other cognitive conditions who may wander from safety. Funds raised by Team Fire will support Muscular Dystrophy. This event is perfect for runners, walkers, and cyclists of all ages. Show your support, pick your team, and join us for a morning of fitness, community spirit, and first responder rivalry.
