Flash Fit Low-Key Valentine's Day 5-Miler, 5k + Kids' Dash

Race Info

We will meet at Bon Air Park & Rose Gardens on Saturday, February 14th at 10:00am. This is not an official race but rather a low-key practice race/run - and I will provide a 5-mile, 5k, 2-mile, and 1-mile route ahead of time to all participants. The morning will kick off with a kids' dash of ~300 yards. Post-run snacks and drinks will be provided, and all participants will receive a small medal.
