Foam Glow 5K™ Experience

Foam Glow 5K™ is a fun-filled event where runners encounter glowing foam and blacklights throughout the course. It's designed for participants of all ages, shapes, sizes, and speeds, whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual walker. The 3-mile course promises a vibrant and memorable experience.

Event Rules:

• Wear a white T-shirt at the start line; the more white, the better.
• Runners will sprint through Foam Glow™ Zones to the finish line.

Participants start in a white shirt and end up covered in colorful, glowing foam under blacklights. The foam used is 100% natural and non-toxic.

Foam Glow™ Zones

Along the path, you'll find Foam Glow™ Zones in designated colors like orange, pink, or blue. Runners will pass through these zones, getting covered in glow-in-the-dark foam under high-intensity black lights.

After Party

At the end of the race, there will be an after-party with music, Foam Glow™, and blacklights. Most locations will also have food and festivities.

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up dates and times will be emailed before the event. A photo ID is required. There is a $5.00 fee for race day packet pick-up to encourage pre-event pick-up. Packets can be picked up for others if their waiver is signed online and a confirmation email is presented.

Pre-Order Merchandise

All pre-ordered merchandise must be picked up by the start time on race day or at packet pickup. Unclaimed items will be forfeited.

Race Day Packet Pick-Up

If unable to attend pre-packet pickup, race day pick-up is available with a $5 (Cash Only) same-day check-in fee per registration. Arrive early to account for parking and start line queues. The start line will remain open for late arrivals.

Parking

Parking may incur a fee of up to $20 (cash only). Arrive early to avoid traffic.

No Bag Check

There is no bag check available. Please leave valuables in your car or take them with you.

Starting Line

Waves of runners will be released every 2-5 minutes.

Race Bib

Attach your race bib to the front of your shirt. You will not be allowed on the course without one.

Pre-Race Party

Starts 45 minutes before the race, featuring music and giveaways.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome free of charge. Viewing areas are available on both sides of the start/finish line. Carpooling is encouraged.

Water Stations

Water stations will be available on the course and at the finish line.

After Race Party

The after-party will feature foam cannons shooting glowing foam into the crowd every five to ten minutes.

Refunds

No refunds are offered. Tickets can be transferred to another athlete. Contact [email protected] for more information.
