Folsom Lake International Triathlon

The Folsom Lake International Triathlon started in 2012. The 2026 event will be limited to 300 athletes. The race is at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake, featuring a lake swim, scenic road bike on country roads and a beautiful trail run. The Olympic-distance Triathlon and Aquabike are sanctioned by USA Triathlon, requiring an annual or one-day license with USAT. Included for each competitor is a pair of custom TBF socks, a swim cap, post race refreshments and a Folsom Lake Triathlon Finishers Hat. Commemorative Folsom Lake International Triathlon race t-shirts are available for $20 when ordered before May 3rd. First place Male and Female in the Folsom Lake International Triathlon will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards three deep in each five-year age group and Relay Team awards for the Top team in each Division of Male, Female and Coed. The Aqua-Bike will have awards for the top three male and female overall finishers.

Folsom Lake International Triathlon - 1.5K swim-40K bike-10K run.
Aqua-Bike - 1.5K swim-40K bike.

Relay Teams
Relay Teams awards will be for top three in male, female and coed divisions.

Packet Pick Up Information
Packet Pick-up is race morning at the race venue from 6 a.m. until 8 a.m.

Race for FREE Information
Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing [email protected] as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly. Refund and Transfer Information
TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Race transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Participant transfers are allowed for this event, with a $25 fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.
