• Standard Registration: Participant Medal, Race T-Shirt, Bib with Chip Timing, Eligibility for Race Awards (in-person participants only)
• Green Registration: Participant Medal, Bib with Chip Timing, Eligibility for Race Awards (in-person participants only). This option skips the participant t-shirt to minimize carbon footprint.

5K Overall Awards

Top 3 winners will receive prizes. First place in male, female, and all-gender/non-binary categories receive SHOKZ headphones. First place in all other Age Divisions will receive a prize.

5K Age Divisions

• 12 & Under
• 13 – 19
• 20 – 29
• 30 – 39
• 40 – 49
• 50 – 59
• 60 – 69
• 70 +

Big & Little Kids Dash

• Big Kids Dash: 700 meter run for youth ages 6 to 10
• Little Kids Dash: 250 meter run for youth ages 5 and under

Winners in each gender category will receive an 8 INCH SQUISHMALLOW. Receive a goodie bag of fun items just for participating!
