Friends and Zoey's Zoo Fun Run

This is the fifth annual Friends and Zoey's Zoo Fun Run which raises funds to support the Valley Zoo Development Society. Last year, this family friendly run raised funds to adopt the Harbour Seal, Golden Lion Tamarin and Goeldi's Monkey exhibits, as well as supporting the carnivore project at the Edmonton Valley Zoo. Adopting an exhibit provides funds for improved habitats and enrichment materials and sponsoring the carnivore project supports the redevelopment of carnivore alley. The run will start and end in the Edmonton Valley Zoo amphitheater!

This run has a distance for the whole family to enjoy and features a 1km, 2 km, 5 km and 10 km route. Not in Edmonton, but still want to participate? We also have a Virtual option - your choice to run 1, 2, 5 & 10 km. All virtual participants will receive the same custom designed finisher gift in the mail.
