Frostbite 5-Mile Run & Penguin 5K Walk

Registration: Starts at 11:00 AM. Both in-person races start at 1:00 PM EST. Pre-registration is encouraged. Prices increase after November 1, 2025.
Fees: $35 (pre-registration), $40 (late registration). Includes long-sleeve tech shirt (while supplies last).
Awards: Top 3 overall male and female runners and walkers. Age group awards for runners and walkers.
Course: Flat and gradual hill climbs for the first half, flat and downhill for the last 2.2 miles.
