- Friday, January 23rd: Early Packet Pickup and In Person Registration: 5 PM – 7 PM
- Race Day, January 24th:
- 9:00 AM: REGISTRATION
- 10:00 AM: 5K RUN & WALK
- 10:30 AM: POST-RACE FOOD, DRINK, & FELLOWSHIP
- 11:15 AM: AWARDS
